Bi-Metal Mud Pump Liner

The working surface of the cylinder liner is in contact with high temperature and high pressure gas, and the piston ring is in high-speed reciprocating motion on its surface, which determines that the cylinder liner must not only have sufficient strength and rigidity, but also must be resistant to high temperature, corrosion and wear.
Description
Bimetal cylinder liner is one of the most widely used and most used parts of hydraulic end of mud pump. The bimetallic cylinder liner combines the advantages of hot forging high wear jacket and high chromium wear and corrosion resistance inner jacket. The outer coat is formed by hot pressing of high-quality carbon steel and the inner coat is cast by centrifugal casting of high chromium cast iron. The outer coat has a tensile strength of more than 900,000 psi, and the inner coat has a hardness of more than HRC62 after heat treatment, which can withstand 7,000 psi mud pressure. Its inner surface is smooth as a mirror, the inner hole size tolerance is strict, and the normal service life can reach more than 800 hours.
